Asphalt and Concrete Demolition, Crushing & Recycling: We successfully demolished, crushed, and recycled 404,000 SF of asphalt and concrete, preparing the site for new development while prioritizing sustainability through recycling materials.

Site Preparation and Grading: We conducted site preparation and grading for the construction of a new 5-story building, totaling 135,340 GSF, with 565 parking stalls. This included leveling the site, ensuring proper drainage, and preparing the foundation for future construction.

Storm Drainage Pipe Installation: Our team installed 3,788 LF of storm drainage pipe, ranging from 15” to 48” in diameter, to effectively manage stormwater runoff, reducing the risk of flooding and maintaining the site's integrity.

Sewer Line Installation: We installed 120 LF of 6” sewer pipe, along with the installation of a sewer lift station to ensure proper wastewater management and prevent blockages.

Domestic Water Line Installation: We installed 1,200 LF of 4” domestic water line, ensuring a consistent and reliable water supply to the site for both daily use and future needs.

Fire Line Installation: Our team installed 1,400 LF of fire line, ranging from 6” to 8” in diameter, providing the necessary infrastructure for the fire suppression system and ensuring safety in the event of an emergency.
