Site-work Included erosion controls, clearing, demolition, grading, dirt remediation, storm, sewer, and fire and water systems.

Exported 5,500 CY of excess dirt and topsoil. Graded site to required elevation and specification.
Storm Drainage System: Installed 1,771 CF of storm pipe ranging in size 18" to 36".
Sanitary Sewer Line Installation: Installed 850 CF of sewer pipe ranging in size 6" to 8". This project included two 1,500 gallon oil/water separators with two reclaim tanks.
Fire Line Installation: Installed 320 LF of fire protection lines, with sizes ranging from 8" to 12". The fire system included 12" TAP, a fire vault with a double detection check valve, a PIV (Post Indicator Valve), and a FOC (Fire Dept. Connection).
Water System Installation: Installed 860 Lf of domestic pipe ranging from 2" to 3" including 2" RPZ and 1" BFP.
