Mass clearing, grading, and underground utility installation for multi-family residence development
Mass Clearing and Grading: We performed mass clearing and grading on a 20-acre site, preparing it for construction and ensuring the land was level and stable for the proposed development.
Building Demolition: We demolished the existing buildings on-site, removing all structures and debris to make way for the new development.
On-Site Dirt Cut and Fill: We executed an on-site dirt cut and fill operation, moving 67,000 CF of dirt to achieve the desired grading and elevation, ensuring proper drainage and soil stability for the new structures.
Creek Crossing: We successfully implemented a creek crossing, navigating the natural water feature to ensure the project proceeded without disrupting the surrounding environment.
Underground Detention System Installation: We installed a 96-foot underground detention system, designed to manage stormwater runoff effectively, preventing flooding. This system was paired with a Hydro International water quality unit to enhance water filtration and quality.
Storm Drainage Pipe Installation: We installed 3,400 LF of storm drainage pipe, ranging from 12” to 54”. This vast network of storm piping ensures efficient water management and reduces the risk of flooding across the site.
Sewer Line Installation: We installed 3,400 LF of sewer pipe, ranging in size from 6” to 8”, ensuring proper wastewater management and minimizing any risk of backflow or blockages.
Fire Line Installation: We installed 3,780 LF of 8” fire line, providing the necessary infrastructure for fire suppression systems, ensuring the safety and compliance of the project.
Domestic Water Line Installation: We installed 3,100 LF of 6” domestic water line, providing a reliable and efficient water supply for the development.
